The opportunity
Join our dynamic team, focused on the support of our customers and team. As a Hire Assistant you will play an integral role assisting in customer bookings.
- Consulting with customers via walk ins, phone, and emails.
- Ensuring customers are provided with product and service information, relevant to their requirements.
- Allocation of equipment and operators to customer jobs and follow through to finalisation.
- Assistance with on and off hire inspections.
- Equipment cleaning.
- Further information provided to applicants.
What we need from you
- Exceptional customer service – Minimum of 1 year in a customer service role or fleet hire role.
- Minimum current manual C Class licence (HR Desirable)
- IT literate with Microsoft suite of services and MS platforms (training provided).
- High attention to detail, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise workload at short notice whilst providing exceptional customer service and maintaining professionalism.
- Current Police Clearance (time to provide will be given).
- Pass a drug and alcohol test upon request.
