Porter Plant are a leader in the plant and equipment dry hire industry, have branches in 3 states and over 2800 assets. Due to continual growth we are wanting to appoint a Hire Control Administrator in this newly created position to work from our Cambrian Hill depot.
The RoleReporting to the Hire Control Manager, you will take control of the administrative functions for the Hire Control department including,
- Maintenance and distribution of internal spreadsheets.
- Organising and following up damage quotes for off hired plant and equipment.
- Maintain customer portal requirements.
- Maintain a register of inhouse asset movements.
- Process movements of plant across and within our depot network.
- Raise and manage purchase orders.
- Administrative support to the Hire Control Manager.
