Form of workHiring now - Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer to support the pre contracts team for upcoming level crossings removal program.
On behalf of our client - a leading civil engineering contractor who specialises in providing unique and innovative solutions to complex structural challenges we’re seeking interest from either Project Engineersor Senior Project Engineers with pre contracts and or delivery experience.
As a vital member of the team your expertise will be instrumental in crafting winning solutions and navigating the complexities of pre-contract negotiations to then successfully deliver.
Within this role you will be responsible but not limited to:
- Developing formal tender packages for subcontractors and subconsultants in our tenders.
- Liaising with subcontractors to maintain a timely and relevant register for subcontract packages.
- Maintaining relationships with key service providers and specialist contractors.
- Reviewing tender documentation and providing recommendations for well-aligned proposal strategies.
You will be an ambitious and motivated engineer that has had previous experience in both project delivery as well pre-contracts/tendering.
- A track record of success in winning and delivering complex projects, particularly in level crossing removal.
- A Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, 3-5+ years' experience working within Civil projects delivering to TMR and or QR specification
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Well-developed coordination and prioritisation skills with a result-oriented perspective.
- Strong written / verbal communication with the ability to form positive relationships with multiple
