About You
• Previous relevant experience as Motel Manager or similar role
• Ability to support and develop teams to manage and influence performance, profitability and to deliver effortless guest experience.
• Ability of hands-on on every aspect of daily operation
• Initiative and energetic drive with a growth mindset and commitment to make a difference
• Strong interpersonal, time management, planning and proactive organizational skills
• Analyzing finance to drive revenue, future profitability, and maximum return on investment
• Experience in managing and fostering collaborative working relationships with suppliers and corporate customers
• Excellent language skills in both writing and speaking.
