The Holcim Graduate Development Program- Accelerate!

Holcim believes that by identifying and investing in your potential, we can develop our future leaders. As a participant in our Graduate Program, you will actively contribute and engage with the business learning industry best practice from our key people.

Commencing in April 2024, our 12 month program consists of four, three month blocks tailored to both your interests and business needs. Moving across various sites, you will experience different places, people and functions in real jobs working on real projects.

The Holcim Graduate program is an opportunity to experience and learn the various business divisions of Holcim Australia.  The program incorporates the various personal, professional, technical and divisional-specific skills required as an operational employee and potential leader within Holcim. The 12-month program tailored to both your interests and Holcim's business requirements. Moving across various sites, you will experience different places, people and functions in real jobs working on real projects. The program will see you work across multiple locations and may require you to travel to some of our regional sites. 

The Holcim Graduate program is focused on developing Operational Leaders, through which you will rotate between business units such as; Aggregates (Quarrying), Concrete (Production) and Humes (civil precast concrete manufacturer).

This is the ideal opportunity for the adventurous type, who enjoys working outdoors in an operational role or someone that is looking to pursue a career change.

To be eligible for our 2024 Graduate Program, you'll need to:

  • Be an Australian citizen or Australian permanent resident
  • Have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree within the last 2 years of program start date (e.g. 2022, 2023 or March 2024)
  • Be able to commence full time employment commencing April 2024
  • Be located in Adelaide, South Australia or willing to relocate 
  • Have studied the relevant degree/discipline in (but not limited to); Civil & Mechanical Engineering, Science, Supply Chain/Logistics and/or Commerce.
