Team Manager/Senior Bookkeeper - Work From Home

We are looking for a Client Manager/Senior Bookkeeper with at least 6 years of experience. This is a
permanent full-time role with an attractive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, plus
super.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Managing a team of bookkeepers that service Australian-based businesses.
• Maintain quality control across the organisation, client compliance to regulatory obligations, and drive a best-in-class culture across the organisation
• Collaborate with and support the Founder to grow the practice, particularly in providing a
• first-class experience for clients
• Contribute to Client Growth and onboarding new clients.
• Maintain a small, but valuable book of high-end clients
• Managing the accounts of clients with a high level of communication
• Responsible for weekly and monthly reporting to the Founder on performance across the
• Responsible for Team leadership and the quality of their work

The ideal candidate will have experience and skills as follows:

• Minimum Cert 4 in Bookkeeping
• Xero advisor and MYOB-certified consultant
• Experience using the following programs; Xero, MYOB, Dext, Hubdoc Asana, Vimeo and Slack
• Experience with using Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a team cohesively and collaboratively
• Organisational skills
• Ability to problem-solve
• Team management
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
