About the role
We have a large team of Property Managers and we encourage everyone to take their annual leave throughout the year to rest and re-set. However in the fast paced role that is Property Management, the job does not stop.
So, what we are looking for is someone who is willing to step in and cover a Property Manager when they are away across both our Padbury and Scarborough offices. The great part about this role is that you get to do the best parts of Property Management without the long term responsibility of your managing your own portfolio.
The role will include but not limited to;
- Property Management stuff – most of which you will you already know because you are experienced right!
- Covering when the team are on holidays or sick leave
We’re probably better off telling you what don’t need to do:
- PCR’s – yep – these are all sorted for you!
- Business Development – We have our amazing BD who handles all this!
- Trust Accounting – not confident in this? Don’t worry, we do it for you

- Our experience in PM means we also know how tough the job is, so we have a multi-pronged support plan including 2 x experienced team leaders and a team of friendly (sometimes funny even) experienced Property Managers that love to offer you their help should you ask for it.
- A couple of experienced PM Assistants at hand to help you when needed
- We have some amazing up-to-date programs that assist with your day-to-day job tasks. Our programs include Property Me, Inspect Real Estate, VaultRE, Sharepoint, Teams etc.
- Mobile phone (iPhone 11) is supplied to make your routine inspections and home opens a breeze
- Davey gets all the PM's across the group to meet regularly to train, bounce ideas and get to know each other

Skills and experience
To be successful for this position you must have:
- A current Property Management Registration
- A current Driver's License and reliable motor vehicle
- Minimum 1 year experience in a Property Management role
- Outstanding time management skills, with a positive and proactive mindset
- High standard of written and verbal communication
- Well-presented and great sense of humour
- Thrive in a team environment
- Easy going with a can do attitude
