  • Remuneration: $71,130.66 + 11 % Super + 15,900 NFP Salary Packaging

Your part in our UnitingCare Community team 

We’re seeking an Administration Officer to join our Disability Services team based in Chermside.  As a key support role to the delivery of our services, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring business operations are run efficiently. As an Administrative Officer you will:

  • Provide a range of general administrative activities which require initiative, confidentiality and sensitivity
  • Diary and meeting management and coordination of travel arrangements
  • Undertake the processing of a range of general financial functions including petty cash, payment of accounts.
  • Maintaining quality processes and procedures
  • Document preparation including human resource forms, reports, presentations and submissions

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Great time-management skills and an ability to prioritise your workload
  • Good knowledge and experience with MS Office and Database applications
  • Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
  • Qualifications, skills and experience in Administration or Business is not essential but highly desirable.
