About the Role

As we continue to grow our Holiday Park and Accommodation Business, it is vital that we invest into talent today for future expansions.
We are seeking Holiday Park Guest Service Operators (GSO), Maintenance Officer and Facilities Cleaners for Escape Parks Operations in the Noosa Region:
- Noosa River Holiday Park
- Boreen Point Campground
- Noosa North Shore Campground
Guest Service Operator: Tasks
Handle the daily operations of the reception which includes, but not limited to the following activities:
- Opening and closing of office reception
- Managing phone calls and other correspondence
- Making bookings and attending to booking requests and enquiries
- Payment processing and handling
- Guest and booking management
- Maintain cleanliness of the office reception
- Cleaning of the amenities
Grounds and Maintenance Operator: Tasks
Working directly with the Facilities Manager and Regional Manager (Noosa), the Grounds and Maintenance Operator will be responsible for the following activities:
- Continually maintain and develop the Park grounds to a safe and high standard
- Ensure safe operation, maintenance and cleaning of grounds tools and equipment
- Maintain and landscape all grounds, including grass, hedges, gardens and weed management
- Identify and repair/replace any minor issues
- Identify potential risks and hazards around the Park.
Facilities Cleaner: Tasks
Critical position to the Facilities Cleaner is responsible for the following activities:
- Day-to-day cleaning of all facilities in accordance with the cleaning program
- Support the Facilities Manager and Regional Manager in managing the preventative facilities program
- Multiple site cleaning to support a full-day roster.
Minimum Requirements
You are not expected to have the required skills and will undergo an online and onsite training session to prepare you for the role. However, it is expected that the following are the minimum requirements:
- Weekend availability
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to type 45-60 words per minute (front desk operations)
- Professional attitude and strong customer service skills
- A positive blue card is required for the position.
