Join our vibrant and passionate team as we seek individuals or couples to lead the way as Holiday Park Managers and Assistant Managers. Ideal for experienced pairs or individuals with a fervor for Motorsport, this role promises an invigorating new chapter.
We are currently seeking two Full-time Managers and 2 Full-time Assistant Managers with flexibility in duty allocation. Traditionally, responsibilities encompass administrative, office, customer service, and grounds maintenance tasks. Together, the Assistant Managers will collaborate closely with the Managers to ensure an exceptional experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
Reception, Administration, and Office:
- Handle multitasking efficiently, addressing enquiries, feedback, calls, and emails.
- Manage guest check-ins, payments, and park laundry.
- Oversee reception operations, including banking, sales reconciliation, and staff coordination.
- Support housekeeping staff and supervise amenities cleaning.
- Assist in waterpark/pool area supervision and rostering.
- Attend meetings, contribute to strategic planning, and report on park operations.
- Address after-hours guest enquiries and be available "on call" as per rostered nights.
Groundskeeping and Maintenance:
- Conduct gardening maintenance and renewal projects.
- Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the park.
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the pool area and nature park.
- Support amenities cleaning and supervise pool area activities.
- Address after-hours guest enquiries and be available "on call" as per rostered nights.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- Ability to work independently and uphold exceptional standards across the park.
- Strong multitasking skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Desirable experience in Holiday Park/accommodation operations.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and other office applications.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to obtain necessary clearances.
- Grounds maintenance experience and familiarity with park operations.
- Current police clearance, first aid certificate, and DCSI clearance for working with children are desirable.
