AddressOur client, a well-established Holistic Wellness Clinic located in Thornbury is seeking an experienced receptionist to join their team urgently!
This is a Part-Time opportunity. Tuesday and Thursday all day, and half days on Wednesday and Saturday.
Previous receptionist experience highly regarded.
Providing genuine, patient centric, customer service.

Essential Requirements
- Well presented, friendly, organised and reliable, with accuracy and excellent attention to detail
- Be adaptable and enjoy working for a variety of medical specialities in a busy clinic
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including an ability to communicate sensitively and effectively with patients with a caring attitude
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Sound computer skills and experience with Best Practice you will have a demonstrated understanding of common health issues
Responsibilities include:
- Front desk administration - answering phones, making appointments, processing payments
- Liaise with patients and their families, other health professionals and their staff in a compassionate manner
- Scanning and updating all patient-related correspondence
- All general reception, administrative and clinical support duties as required
- Provide ongoing support to Health Care Professionals and clinic nurse as required
- Be a friendly point of contact between patients and the internal clinical team
- Ability to work independently and as a team
