Overview
A great opportunity is available for a self motivated and reliable person, with a passion for helping older adults improve their quality of life, to join our team as an Enrolled Nurse within our Home Based Services Team.
The Enrolled Nurse supports the Registered Nurse/Midwife in the provision of person-centred care consistent with regulatory and statutory requirements. Practice at this level is at proficient Enrolled Nurse practice. Employees at this level work under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse/Midwife, however at all times the Enrolled Nurse retains responsibility for his/her actions and remains accountable in providing nursing/midwifery care within their scope of practice.
Provide appropriate services in the community which results in independence and maintenance of clients in their home and provides support for their carers. Completes annual reviews and admission assessments with clients in the Community under CHSP.
