Opening in 1987 as a 26-bed hostel, Cabanda was a vision of the local community to provide an aged care facility where people could age in the community they lived in. Since then, we have grown to include a 71 Bed Residential Aged Care Facility, a retirement village with 42 independent living units, Centre based Respite and Social Care Group, Home and Community Care, Meals on Wheels, Community Transport, and the Cabanda Café.
