SalaryWe are in need of a female support worker with English as a first language and who specialise in bowel care and personal area care. Support worker should also be competent using ceilings hoist. Please do not respond if you are not comfortable with above.
• You will have second team member to help you and guide you.
• Paid training for the right person who can show during interview that they are able to follow simple but specific instructions.
• Monday to Friday- 0530am to 0830am- 3-4 shifts per week (likely more hours will be added soon, some weekneds can be allocated if available)
• You will be caring for one female in her 40's- fully dependent for ADL's At this stage we are able to pay $100 for 3 hours shift.
• Timing are fixed but days can be flexible as per your other work requirements.
What I’d like
- Living Close by to St Mary's NSW 2760
- AIN's with 1-2 years of experience are preferred
- Active listener, Fluent in English - Patience as work is not too much but needs to be done in slow pace due to patient's pain levels. - Able to do or learn manual evacution of stool (only sometimes)
-Must have an ABN and working rights
