Home Care/ Community Physiotherapist

Company/Role
Work for a long standing aged care provider across VIC, WA and NSW.
You will be based in South East Melbourne, covering areas such as Dandenong, Clayton and surrounds.

We are looking for a Physiotherapist  to join a growing company in a community based role. As this role is affiliated with a local hospital, the caseload will be diverse.
ASAP start, part time hours. Please note, your own vehicle is mandatory.

Caseload includes assessments, falls prevention, rehab, chronic pain management, chronic disease management and improving function and mobility.

To be considered for this role, please ensure you have all of the following:

• General AHPRA Registration
• Excellent language and communication skills
• Home Care/ Community experience is desirable, however not essential.
• Drivers licence and own vehicle
