Responsibilities:
As a Home Care Employee, your role will encompass a diverse range of tasks and offer flexible work hours. We prioritize the well-being of the elderly and support our employees in creating a meaningful difference.
Essential Requirements:
We're looking for individuals who possess the following:
Excellent communication skills
Demonstrated empathy and a caring approach
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Strong organizational skills
Access to a fully maintained and insured vehicle
Proficiency in using a smartphone/tablet or willingness to learn
Qualifications:
Certificate III Individual Support or equivalent
Competency in medication administration
Current First Aid Certificate and CPR
Current unrestricted Australian Driver’s License
