We are looking for a motivated, customer orientated person to join our team.
Tasks and responsibilities
· Client enquiries and customer service
· Assisting Account Managers and Directors in management of client needs
· Claims assistance
· Data processing – including invoicing and renewals
· Managing client renewal flow
· Front desk duties
· Compliance and administration support
Qualifications and experience
· Excellent customer service and Communication skills
· Must be a great self starter and wiling to work as part of a small team
· Experience working in the insurance industry (preferred)
· Tier 1 qualification (Insurance Broking) - Preferred but not required
· Experience in CBS broking system (preferred but not required)
