Adventist Senior Living seeks a passionate, qualified Home Care Employee (Personal Care & Domestic Assistance) to service our clients in Alstonville. Permanent part-time opportunity available.
The role of our Home Care Employee's is to provide high level, quality individualised care to Home Care Consumers while maintaining commitment to respecting the values, preferences, culture and spiritual beliefs of the consumer and their representatives.
About You
Demonstrated Skills & Experience in:
- Working with people
- Delivering results & meeting customer expectations
- Following instructions & procedures
- Planning & organising
- Coping with pressures & setbacks
Have or Willing to Obtain:
- Certificate III Individual Support or Equivalent - Personal Care
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Hepatitis B vaccination
- First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Reliable Car with Registration + Comprehensive Insurance
- Current Driver's License

The Homecare Team:
The Home Care team, under the direction of the Care Manager, provide a range of clinical, domestic, transport and social services to consumers in ASL Lifestyle Communities and the broader local community.
Home Care Employees deliver personalised care to enable individuals to stay at home, maintain their independence, and fulfil their social needs. Services include personal and domestic care, medication monitoring, transportation, and social support, all while respecting the values, preferences, culture, and spiritual beliefs of the individual and their representatives.
