ABOUT THE ROLE
St Agnes’ are seeking experienced, Certificate III / IV in Individual Support (or similar) to join the team on a permanent Part-Time basis.
Positions vacant -
- 50hrs a fortnight
- 60hrs a fortnight
- 48hrs a fortnight (Holiday Relief)
The successful applicants would be required to be flexible to work a range of shifts between Monday to Sunday.
Our Home Care service delivers a wide range of services to older persons within the local community, enabling more clients to remain in their own home and live the life they choose.
As a Home Care Employee, with no two days ever the same, you will support with a range of services from personal care, medication assistance, light meal preparation, domestic assistance and transporting clients to and from appointments. You will spend your time interacting one-on-one with the clients and their loved ones within their homes and outside in the community.
You will be driven to support their independence and well-being, attentively providing the support outlined in their care plan, all with kind and caring approach. You will be passionate about making a difference and bringing empathy and compassion to your client's lives.

WHO YOU ARE
- Commitment to work in harmony with Catholic Values and Principles
- An energetic, positive attitude with a genuine interest in and compassion for people
- Certificate III / IV in Individual Support or Aged Care (Or Similar)
- First Aid/CPR
- Professional experience in the care sector
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as part of a team
- The ability to observe accurately and follow directions precisely
- Basic computer & phone skills with willingness to undergo training if needed
- Flexibility to be able to work a range of shifts between Monday to Sunday
- A Drivers Licence and own registered, comprehensively vehicle suitable to transport clients
