Home Care Support Worker

We have multiple entry-level and experiencedpermanent part-time positions available in Batemans Bay 2536 and surrounding areas.

As a homeCare Support Worker, you'll help older Australians maintain their independence and live at home for longer.

Your day to day will look like:

• Domestic Assistance including cleaning and cooking or meal preparation
• Personal care including getting them up, showering and dressing
• Driving clients to medical appointments or taking them shopping
• Providing social support and community engagement
• Providing complex care and medication management

What we look for:

• Driver's licence and a fully insured car
• Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or equivalent is desired but not mandatory
• Current First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain)
• Current flu vaccine
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Resilience and ability to work independently
• You're available to work at least 3 days on weekdays
• A big heart, empathy and a passion for supporting older Australians to live their best life
