About the Role
Provide one on one, in-home support to people with disability living in Campbelltown and surrounding suburbs including Leumeah and Leppington.
Successful candidates will have availability for shortshifts (up to 2 hours) across weekdays with availability for early morning, late afternoon, and evening shifts. You will be required to travel to different locations in Campbelltown and surrounding suburbs to provide in-home support to individual people.
Key Responsibilities
- Assistance with daily living (including personal care)
- Domestic assistance (support with household chores)
- Maintain and monitor person-centred plans
- Documenting and progress note keeping
- Community access and transport (with the use of your own vehicle)
Skills & Experience
- Experience supporting people with disability
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Confidence and experience in manual handling and providing personal care
- Australian Drivers Licence and reliable, insured vehicle
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Willing to complete basic household chores
- Passionate about delivering Person-Centred care
