Your Role.
As an NDIS Support Worker at In Home Living, you'll have the opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities while contributing to the growth and success of In Home Living. Your responsibilities will include providing personalised support, fostering independence, and building meaningful connections with our participants, all while having the chance to shape our company's future trajectory.
Requirements.
- A genuine passion for supporting individuals with disabilities and a commitment to person-centred care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassion, patience, and empathy.
- Relevant qualifications and/or experience in disability support (desirable but not essential).
Minimum Requirements:
- Availability to work at least three shifts per week
- Drivers License
- First Aid Certificate
- National Police Check
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module – Quality, Safety & You
- NDIS Worker Check (NDISWC)
- Current NSW Working with Children Check
- The Right to Work in Australia
- COVID-19 Double Vaccination Certification
