We take a holistic approach to the provision of our services, treating each resident and consumer as a ‘whole person’ with regard to the design and delivery of their individual care and well-being. We have a rich history and have been providing residential aged care for more than 40 years.
What we need
We currently have Casual opportunities for skilled, enthusiastic and dedicated Home Care Support Workers based in Hobart, Tasmania.
As a Home Care Support Worker, you will have an opportunity to:
- Provide care and support to our valued consumers with a consumer directed focus.
- Make a real difference to our consumers lives
- Enable our consumers to remain in their own homes.
What you bring to the role
- Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent
- Current First Aid + CPR
- Effective Communication
- A desire to create a positive experience for our consumers
- A current unrestricted drivers license
- Access to a vehicle
