Ideal Candidates will possess
- Is honest and reliable
- Strong work ethic
- Has minimal limitations on availability to work
- Is open to working weekends on a fortnightly rotation
- A positive attitude towards safety and a commitment to working safely
- An ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work effectively unsupervised
- Ability to understand policy and procedures
- Have had experience in Dementia, MND, MS or similar.
- Have the ability to maintain professional boundaries while still going that little bit extra to support clients.
Qualifications & experience
- Cert III in Individual Support Aged/Disability or equivalent.
- Current Police Check
- Current WWVP
- First Aid
- 12 months experience
- Australian Drivers License
- Medication Administration Certification
