About this RoleYou will provide compassionate home-based care by building trust and taking the lead to support individuals to live as independently as possible at home and stay connected to their community.Individual care that is tailored to suit the personal needs of our individual clients. DutiesProvide personal care to our clients including assistance with showering, dressing, grooming, toileting and mobility.Provide general home support and light housekeeping duties, assistance with meal preparations, and companionship.Provide incidental transport to appointments, shopping and social outings.Skills & ExperiencePossess exceptional communication skills, can-do attitude, empathy for and an understanding of the needs of the elderly.Have patience, and a desire to help improve the lives of seniors and their families.Be personable, compassionate, approachable and able to build relationships with each of your clients.Be reliable, responsive,…
