Home Instead is a large, privately and locally owned Home Care organisation in the Illawarra. We provide flexible care to older Australians in their own home. Founded in 2014, Home Instead has experienced incredible growth due to our reputation for providing first class services by our professional and dedicated team. We are seeking reliable, empathetic and compassionate Aged Care Workers to join our ever growing team of passionate people.
We assist our clients from 1 hour to 24-hours a day 7 days a week. Services we provide include personal care, meal preparation, medication assistance, home help, sleepovers, palliative care, dementia care, companionship and respite. We have a range of hours to suit all CAREGivers including 4-8 hour blocks of care, evening services, weekend services, sleepovers, services to suit school hours.
Due to growth in our business, we are recruiting Aged Care Workers in the Southern Highlands Region.

Essential Requirements:
- Experienced Aged Care Workers - we would love to hear from you!
- A qualification is highly desirable.
- If you do not have a qualification then take advantage of the opportunity to Earn While You Learn and study a Certificate III in Individual Support with The Home Instead Academy
- An insured, clean vehicle and Drivers Licence is required.
- A smartphone and access to internet.
- Personal email account.
- COVID Proof of Vaccination (including booster).
- Clear Criminal History check.
Desirable Attributes:
- Personal CAREGiving experience will be highly regarded.
- A second language is highly desirable.
