As a Home Claims Advisor, you will be at the heart of maintaining Youi's reputation and fostering strong relationships. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the end-to-end delivery of claims services when our customers are in need.
As the primary point of contact for clients and service providers, you will leverage your exceptional problem-solving and communication skills to ensure that our Youi clients have a positive and memorable experience throughout the claims process.

Responsibilities:
- Manage your own portfolio of claims
- Help our customers in their time of need by processing their claims from start to finish
- Problem solving on a daily basis to reach outcomes that work for both our clients and Youi
- Be a direct point of contact for customers, service providers and Assessors to ensure the smooth processing of each claim within your portfolio
A bit about you:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in administration, with high attention to detail
- Skilled at multitasking and thriving in high-pressure environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and sound decision-making capabilities
- Familiarity with case or portfolio management is a plus
