Are you interested in providing care and support to people in their home with personal care or domestic assistance? If so, this casual position may be for you. We are looking for enthusiastic people with a caring attitude to work within the community setting. Ideally you will have a Certificate 3 in Individual Support/Aged Care or similar. You would be part of a supportive team and we can offer family friendly hours, including school times, by negotiation.
You will be part of the Mersey-Leven Community Health Nursing & Home Care Service team, which provides nursing care in the community and clinics in Devonport and Ulverstone, as well as Home Care services. The team consists of Nurse Unit Manager, Clinical Coordinator, RNs, ENs and ancillary staff including attendants, administration and Home Help/Personal Carers.

Details of Appointment
Fixed term, casual, day worker positions working as and when required, commencing as soon as possible until February 2025
*notwithstanding hours may be negotiated with the successful applicant
Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time and part time vacancies.
Salary: $58,184 to $59,580 pro rata per annum. Our Employer 11% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
You’ll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.
Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022
