The Role
We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Finance/Operation team on a full-time. Reporting to the Directors of the business, in this role you will be pivotal in helping us manage the day-to-day accounts and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Reconciliation of bank and credit card accounts
- Sales & contract administration
- Stock Control
- General administration and office duties
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience using Xero or similar accounting software is necessary
- General bookkeeping experience and accounting knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Confident, self-starter with a great phone manner
- Ability to work proactively and meet key deadlines
- Be extremely well-organised and detail-oriented
