Due to growth within the business, our client is looking to onboard an experienced House & Land Admin/ Contracts Admin to join their busy Sales department in Brisbane.
You will assist with contract preparation and coordination, liaise with all stakeholders associated with the front end of the sales process; acting as the single point of contact for all salespeople, contract preparation, stock-lists together with house and land packaging. A fast paced role, you will liaise with sales facilitators and stakeholders ensuring access to the correct contractual documentation and property information to achieve successful transactions.
Our successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience working in a similar capacity with a domestic building company. A strong emphasis will be placed on your work ethic, communication skills and knowledge of the construction and contracts process. Remuneration will be commensurate with experience.
