About the role - permanent opportunity based in Adelaide, SA
As a Home Loan Delivery Officer , you will be a part of our wider First Party Lending team who provide support to our People's Choice Lenders. The role covers all aspects of the Home Loan process from application, verification, document preparation, through to settlement. By working in collaboration with your stakeholders, you will ensure the best outcome for the lender and their members, but also maintain a high level of risk management and awareness.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Accurate and timely Home Loan verifications including but not limited to:
- Verifying the input of applications into the origination system
- Employment and income checks
- Title Searches
- Valuations
- Loan Document ordering, posting, and collating back to Member Fulfilment
- Full loan reviews ensuring all risks have been identified and addressed
- Collate and action documentation required for settlement to be achieved
- Providing regular updates to lenders within agreed service level agreements.
- Membership handovers
- Demonstrate compliance with policies and procedures to effectively operate within People's Choice risk appetite
About you
As a strong communicator, you strive to deliver seamless and superior customer service. You have a keen eye for detail and can demonstrate accuracy through your written and verbal communication skills. Ideally you will bring prior lending experience or extensive knowledge of the Home Loan process. In turn, you will be rewarded with broad exposure to the lending environment with various pathways up or into other areas of the organisation and will be supported by an experienced leader championing you to be the best version of yourself.
