Civil Comms Australia is an industry-leading Company with over 15 years history in the telecommunications field. We are involved in multiple projects across Australia and with this rapid growth we are opening up more roles within our team.
We are currently looking for full-time employees to form another Drill Crew to join our team all over South East Queensland.
Experience with Vermeer's D20x22 and/or 40/55DR drill and tracking with Digitrak Falcon F5+, Vemeer's 36/50 and/or DitchWitch AT30/20 systems would be preferred.
You must be able to complete the following on a daily basis:
- Read and decipher DBYD plans to manually pothole, locate and expose all services and complete construction paperwork such as pre starts, dig permits and borelogs.
- Set up the drill, plan bore paths, mix drilling mud for optimum soil conditions, and operate a vacuum truck if required.
- Complete link ups/pit upgrades if and when required.
- General maintenance of drill including ensuring all tools are charged and ready to go.
- Legible bore logs per shot.
- Physically fit and capable of manual tasks.
- Must have rights to work in Australia.
Accreditations required for the role
- Clean police check within the last 6 months
- White card
- HR Truck Licence (minimum)
- NBN Enable

- Implement Traffic Management
- First Aid
- CPR
- Identify Locate & Protect Underground Assets
- Pit & Pipe
- Downer/Ventia & UCG inducted already
