- Contribute to and manage aspects of the Tasmanian Green Hydrogen Hub (TGHH) Project in accordance with State Growth's Project Management Frameworks through the phases from initiation to project evaluation and closure.
- Provide authoritative and consultative advice, plan, develop and implement appropriate strategies, processes and plans in relation to Procurement and market engagement.
- Draft and review procurement documents, including tenders and requests for quotations, ensuring clarity, accuracy and compliance with regulatory frameworks.
- Coordinate and manage implementation and maintenance of multiple contracts for the life of the TGHH Project, in line with the Tasmanian Government's Purchasing Framework and State Growth's Procurement and Contracts processes.
- Liaise with the Office of Crown Law on specialist and technical contract and procurement activities, as required.
- Prepare and contribute to progress reporting and implementation plan requirements under the TGHH Commonwealth Grant Agreement.
- Develop and maintain strong collaborative working relationships with diverse stakeholders and apply a strong client service focus.
- The position may be assigned other duties as necessary by the Project Director, TGHH.
- Direct experience in tendering and contract management for major projects.
