About the Role & Responsibilities:
- Reporting to Farm Management, you will implement and coordinate day-to-day activities in relation to the crop irrigation and fertigation program across multiple farm sites.
The role will include but is not limited too:
- Planting of crops using hand tools and machinery Irrigation of land for crops growth.
- Cultivating & processing of vegetables.
About You:
The successful applicant will require:
- Agricultural background an advantage.
- Willingness to learn & advance.
- A high level of attention to detail.
- To work independently and as part of a team.
- Be a physically active person with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Previous experience in a Horticultural operations advantageous.
- Excellent communication & hands on skills.
- Have a current driver's license.
- Farm Machinery experience would be advantageous.
- Be reliable & hard working.
