At Luke Gardner Horticulture (LG Horticulture) we take pride in delivering quality Garden Services across Victoria's South East.

Based in Upper Beaconsfield and servicing surrounding suburbs, we provide garden maintenance services for domestic and corporate clientele.
LG Horticulture covers a broad range of garden maintenance and soft landscaping; from general lawn/garden care to a more tailored high end service of soil rejuvenation/ pest control, high end hedge trimming, smaller tree work, garden tidy ups, planting out gardens and and providing horticultural advice.
We are seeking an likeminded individual to join our growing business.
As an employee of LG Horticulture, you will be recognised on a personal level and rewarded accordingly.
Main Tasks:
- Perform gardening work including but not limited to mowing, edging, trimming, raking, blowing down, planting, mulching, weed control, cleaning up, garden detailing at a high standard and installing irrigation systems
- Managing and navigating a daily client job run efficiently including some basic administration
- Drive a manual vehicle to complete jobs and work autonomously
- Supervision of junior staff members
- Operate machinery including power tools and ride on mowers
- Follow safe work practices and identify any hazards
- Service and maintain tools and equipment
Required Qualities:
- Professional approach with clear communication
- Ability to work under pressure
- Organisational and time management skills
- An excellent eye for to detail and quality
- Tenacious with the ability use initiative
- Positive approach to change
Qualifications & experience
- Demonstrated experience in gardening and landscaping
- Qualified or 4th year apprentice
- Must have manual drivers license
- Experience with all power tools including hedge trimmer, mower, brushcutter, leaf blower, eye for detail and garden maintenance knowledge
