The Opportunity

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Hospital and Provider Advocacy Consultant to join our collaborative team on a part time basis. This is a great opportunity if you are looking to work during school hours, 5 hours per day.

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to hospitals, doctors and ancillary providers in a call centre environment. You will be the first point of contact to respond to queries and provide information on services and claims.

We offer flexible working conditions - our team works primarily from home now. We also have a wonderful office in Melbourne, although we are accepting applications from across Australia.

The right candidate will have superior customer service skills and be eager to work in a busy, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities will include:

• Creating a positive experience by providing outstanding customer service to hospitals and Providers
• Proactively promoting up-to-date technology and tools available to providers on the claims experience
• A commitment to consistently increasing your product and procedural knowledge
• A commitment to answering calls with a high level of efficiency to help ensure our providers' queries are attended to as swiftly as possible.
  

About You

• You are passionate and have a highly developed customer-centric attitude
• You have developed and grown your skills working in a high-volume contact centre environment and are ready for the next step
• You are a clear communicator and have a continuous improvement mindset.
• You are systems-savvy with a proactive and flexible approach
• You are skilled at learning and remembering an array of rules and procedures and exceptions
• Experience with IMED and OSCAR is a bonus, but not essential
