THE ROLE
- Identify customers’ needs to suitably suggest appropriate tours and packages
- Booking flights, accommodation, transfers and tours using Galileo & Events Air
- Process client requests accurately, in accordance with office system and office procedures
- Deliver exceptional customer service while preparing seamless travel arrangements
- Maintain accurate records and update clients on the status of their travel plans
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Previous international Travel Consultant experience
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong GDS (Galileo) and Microsoft Office skills
- Proactive and team-oriented attitude
- Strong influential and negotiation skills
