A market-leading medical consumables and equipment distributor is seeking a self-motivated and personable Hospital Sales Representative.
You will play a pivotal role in driving sales and establishing relationships with hospitals offering innovative and high-quality products, both on and off contract.

- Identify opportunities for new business within the hospital sector, including but not limited to tenders
- Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals throughout Queensland
- Participate in the submission of new tenders
- Leverage sales expertise to maximise market share across existing hospital contracts
- Provide excellent customer service whilst delivering and exceeding sales targets
- Work collaboratively with vendor partners to win new business, maintain existing business and discover new opportunities
- Develop an understanding of healthcare products to supply product information and training to customers
- Adhere to company procedures, protocols, and policies
- Demonstrated field sales experience in hospitals
- Clinical background or previous experience in the healthcare industry is highly favourable
- Familiarity with medical products particularly in hospitals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter, goal-driven, and a motivated team player
- Proactive and Customer service-oriented
