About your role
As a Hospitality Service Assistant (Support Services Worker) you will have the opportunity to work across our food, housekeeping, and linen services. Your focus will be to support and empower our residents to have the best quality of life, with delicious healthy food, a clean and hygienic room and clean clothing.
Kitchen/Dining:
- Preparing food and beverages for residents
- Serving and delivering meals
- Ensuring residents dietary needs are met and preferences noted
- Maintain all dining areas in a clean & attractive manner
- Complete daily cleaning duties such as residents’ rooms and public areas
- Full clean of vacated rooms
- Collect and deliver residents personal laundry
- Maintain the cleanliness of the facility, including residents’ rooms and common areas
