Position Summary:
We are looking for Java manager who have experience in design, development and test using Java & J2EE, micro services / lightweight containers & frameworks such as Spring Boot / Play Framework in cloud platform.
· Exposure in software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to break down technical problems.
· Develop secure and high-quality production code by using Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, Spring, Microservices, Soap and restful webservices, SQL and Oracle databases.
· Work on Analysis, Estimation, development and unit test of the requirements.
· Enhancing applications by identifying opportunities for improvement, making recommendations, and designing and implementing systems.
· Proficiency in AWS serverless technologies for both backend and frontend applications, enabling scalable and cost-effective solutions
· Fluency in DevOps CI/CD practices, ensuring efficient and reliable software deployment through automation
· Strong communication skills, essential for effective team collaboration and stakeholder engagement
· Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end (E2E) project delivery, from initial concept to final deployment.
· Active involvement in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), contributing to all phases from planning to maintenance
· Monitor and maintain the health of your microservices using AWS CloudWatch and other observability tools
· Ensure management reports are circulated to the relevant stakeholders as per agreed timelines.
· Integrates Service Management Office into the Service Delivery to effectively leverage their
· specialist capabilities (e.g., Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management
· etc.)
· Service Tracking: - Ensure service performance of the portfolio through defined metrics and KPIs
Mandatory Skills:
Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring boot, Hibernate, Microservices, SOAP & Restf ul Webservices, SQL Server, Oracle, Spring Tool suite, AWS, Cloud platform, Mule technology, CICD, SDLC, Agile Duties and Responsibilities:
· Responsible to write secure and high-quality code using Java, J2EE program with Spring & Hibernate framework.
· Associate would be responsible for design, code, test, document and maintain high quality and scalable solutions on-prem and on-cloud platforms.
· Proactively analyses and monitor Cloud cost and maintain expenditure within the allocated budget.
· Responsible for migrating on-premises workloads to the cloud platform.
· Participate in PMR and Service performance review meeting and ensure availability of all relevant performance data
· Ensure that status reports & dashboards are sent to the customer for the project(s) at the agreed intervals.
· Service Execution: - Coordinate and test Service Continuity plan on a periodic basis
· Resolving all customer requests, issues / escalations in a timely manner.
· Knowledge Management: - Liaise with Academy for project level training needs and ensure
training plans are made available based on skillset needs.
· People Management: - Drive performance management process (goal setting, appraisals, and
promotions) for the project (Portfolio / LOB)
· Enable periodic skill assessment of associates and subsequent adherence
Salary Range: >$100,000
