Job Overview:
Duties include but are not limited too;
- Supervising and training of crew to ensure your team are performing their role at the expected level
- Be present and hands on in all areas of the restaurant alongside your team (run the service, serve and interact with our guests)
- Motivate and encourage your team whilst creating a positive working environment and culture

So, what do you need to be a Shift Manager with Five Guys?
- 1 or more years of leadership experience within a restaurant environment
- People & Leadership skills – your team is your biggest asset!
- Ability to thrive within high volume, high turnover establishments
- Advanced communication skills with a positive attitude
- Career driven & ambitious with the drive to grow with the business
- Kitchen experience or Commercial Cookery degree is advantageous but not essential
- Ability to work a rotating roster with the management team to ensure equitable distribution of shifts across a 7-day week.
