The Job
The job is to go to targeted residential locations with your team to generate leads through door knocking. You are expected to present the company in a good way by having a professional appearance and having a rudimental understanding of solar. You will not be selling in this position just generating leads for an experienced salesperson to close.
Remuneration
Base Wage/ Retainer of $25 Gross Per Hour
● Additional Commission of $20 Per Kilowatt for Solar System sold from generated lead
Note: Average Solar System is 10KW so potential commission is $200 per Solar System sold from generated lead + Base Wage
● Uncapped Commission! (should be earning $1,000 - $2,000 + per week)
