About the Role
An electrifying opportunity has erupted for a Global Meeting Room Experience Lead to leap into action with the dynamic Santos team, stationed at our bustling global headquarters in vibrant Adelaide!
Under the guidance of the Global IS Operations Manager, you'll embark on an exhilarating journey overseeing and fine-tuning the technical marvels and documentation of Santos' cutting-edge AV environment. Your mission? Ensuring seamless integration of state-of-the-art AV technologies, bolstered by robust support, stringent security adherence, and ample resources for future advancements.

Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and maintain dashboards for end users which indicate the current Meeting Rooms status
- Develop reporting and insights on room/technology performance which are easily accessible and understandable
- Proactively manage inventory of AV licences and hardware; and undertake regular system audits and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Facilitate regular working groups with key stakeholders such as EUC Leads, Security Leads and Facilities Management to ensure proactive and healthy collaboration
- Effective management of in-house vendor (ProAV) to ensure quality and timeliness of Concierge performance across Santos sites
- Design, develop and execute effective change and information communications to end users
- Understand the broader IS remit and work collaboratively to deliver the functional outcome and understand the requirements of Santos users across all major stakeholder groups
- Be an AV industry expert abreast of all current and future advancements to determine if they are opportunities for Santos
About you
We are seeking for candidates with the following:
- Holds Microsoft MS-700 certification and ideally, Higher education qualifications in Information Technology or a related discipline.
- Possess extensive experience of working in an AV role covering LAN/WAN hardware and software.
- Familiarity with AMX, Crestron and Pexip systems and will be highly experienced with Microsoft products.
