Lead Experience Designer

As our Lead Experience Designer, you will play a central role in a startup set to disrupt an industry predicted to skyrocket to $4.3 trillion by 2027. Be the voice of our users. Responsibilities

• Work as extension of the Innovation team working closely with the Partners and Exo Directors to incubate ideas, accelerate and scale deliveries
• Champion the user experience in our product, setting the strategic direction of our UX, research, and design initiatives
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business partners to create compelling, user-centered prototypes
• Conduct in-depth user research to gain a deep understanding of our users, their needs, and pain points
• Leverage these insights to design innovative solutions that delight users across farms, manufacturing, and end consumers
• Drive early validation of design ideas to mitigate risks, using a range of lean UX methods and design sprints
• Facilitate ideation workshops, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration
• Communicate design strategies and decisions effectively to a wide range of stakeholders, advocating for the user at every step

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX Designer, ideally in a leadership role, with a strong portfolio of design projects
• Exceptional skills in user research, information architecture, usability testing, and interaction design
• Extensive experience in creating and validating prototypes
• Proficiency in using design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Suite.
• Strong understanding of lean UX methodologies and experience in design sprints
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex design concepts clearly to a variety of stakeholders
