Our new signature Roof Top Bar, Aster Bar, located 32 levels above Sydney CBD with 70-degree views of Sydney Harbour, the Royal Botanic Garden, the Opera House and the Harbour Bridge, Aster Bar is the must-see luxe Bar destination with unparallel service.
Your day to day
This role will require a polished, poised host who excels as the welcoming face of our premium luxury Bar venues.
You will greet and seat guests as they enter the venues,managing seating & booking allocations, providing menus and answering any questions.
Ensure that communication with the bar and kitchen teams is seamless, providing guests with a luxury experience.
Ability to manage phone enquiries, Opentable platform and walk in guests.
What we need from you
- Previous experience as a Host preferably within in a premium venue
- Understanding of bar and restaurant operations
- You will have experience in liaising with high-profile clientele
- Experience in booking platforms and the reservations process desirable- we use Open Table
- An attentive approach to guest engagement and ability to build rapport quickly
- Attention to detail at every level and ability to juggle competing priorities
- Immaculate presentation and grooming - we are a luxury venue
- Current NSW RSA Certificate
