About the Role - POSITION SUMMARY
Greet guests and determine party size.
Seat guests at clean, available tables and provide menus.
Guide guests through dining rooms and offer assistance as needed.
Arrange tables and chairs to accommodate groups with special needs.
Ensure appropriate place settings, including napkins and clean silverware.
Keep menus current, clean, and in good condition.
Maintain work area cleanliness throughout the shift.
Adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and security procedures.
Report accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management.
Complete required safety training and certifications.
Maintain clean, professional uniform and appearance.
Protect confidential company information.
Acknowledge guests according to company standards.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with team members.
Collaborate to achieve common goals.
Listen and respond appropriately to concerns of other employees.
Ensure quality standards are met.
Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
Move objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
