We need a Hot Water Technical Lead to join us on our journey.
About the role
At Reece we pride ourselves on customised customer service; you’ll be providing technical product expertise to support our exclusive Reece ranges, ensuring our customers feel confident with these products. You’ll also get involved in helping determine if we are on the right track with new product ideas, assessing the root cause of quality issues, and providing insights to help us continually improve the range we offer. Leaning on your expertise, you will help us deliver specialist product training to help grow the knowledge of our teams and service agents.
Based out of our innovation lab in Dandenong South, you will bring a customer’s perspective to everything we do in Hot Water. With your plumbing expertise, you’ll be able to provide insights around the easiest methods of installation, instructions and troubleshooting advice to get customers out of trouble, and expert help for our after sales team.
About you
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Plumber and Hot Water Specialist to help shape new products and provide technical support on our product ranges. Broader heating and cooling product expertise will also be viewed favourably in this role, as will the ability to display strong customer service and communication skills. Current Hot Water & Gasfitter plumbing license is a requirement. Say goodbye to weekend working in this role!
