Sap Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the technical services for the clients SAP landscape, including Basis administration, system integration, security management, custom development, and software updates.
• Provide technical expertise and support to resolve complex SAP issues, escalations, and service disruptions.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams and third-party vendors to ensure the reliable operation, performance optimization, and security compliance of their SAP system.
• Manage vendor SAP Basis activities, including system monitoring, performance tuning, patching, upgrades, and disaster recovery planning.
• Oversee the integration of SAP with other enterprise systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.
• Develop and implement SAP security policies, roles, and authorizations to protect the clients sensitive data and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Plan and execute SAP software updates, including version upgrades and service pack installations, in collaboration with IT teams and vendors.
• Monitor and analyse SAP performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
• Stay updated on the latest SAP trends, technologies, and best practices to recommend innovative solutions and enhancements.
