We are currently looking for someone with at least two years’ experience as a bar manager or an assistant with the relevant experience and training. You will be responsible for assisting planning, directing, controlling stock and coordinating all Beverage activities, to ensure the smooth operation and profitability of the bar & bistro. You'll always exhibit the highest level of professionalism and be expected to lead by example.

Key Tasks
Assisting with all aspects to -
- Manage the business aspects of the bar
- Managing all front of house staff and operations
- Provide for coverage in case of employee absence and adjust staffing as necessary to meet business demands
- Monitor inventory of beverages to ensure adequate stock is maintained. Requisition purchases as needed
- Review sales and beverage costs and reconcile any discrepancies in accounting. Ensure proper cash management
- Hiring and training staff to provide excellent service to patrons
- Diffusing tense situations between patrons or staff members to prevent possible safety or legal issues
- Maintaining a fun, safe atmosphere for patrons
- Working with diverse personalities both on the staff and patrons
- Effectively delegate responsibilities and maximize resources
