Our client is a well-established, 5 star hotel group located in the CBD that boasts not only a superb location but a gorgeous property. They have the rare opportunity for an experienced ADOS or Senior Sales Manager looking for the next step up to move into this corporate sales leadership role.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Associate Director of Sales you'll be responsible for supporting the DOSM in
- Setting and reviewing the sales strategy for business development across all market segments
- Managing strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Managing your own client corporate sector portfolio
- Mentoring a sales team of highly motivated individuals
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Proven sales experience in all markets segments within the hospitality or travel industry
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
- Solid understanding of hotel industry
- Creativity, motivation and enthusiasm for the role
